International Museum Day is organised worldwide on and around May 18 each year since 1977.
Do you like going to museums? I think everybody loves museums, certainly when their access is free!
So, that's why I set a list of museums for free on certain days. Enjoy and get educated!

- The National Museum of the History of Ukraine in the Second World War - after 6 p.m. this year + Doors Open Days on May 9th and October 14th
- The National Museum "Holodomor victims Memorial" - also on January, 22; June, 28; August, 23-24; November, 21 and on the fourth Saturday of November

- PinchukArtCentre - admission is free, Tuesday through Sunday from 12:00 until 21:00
- The Museum of the History of Ukraine in World War II - Climbing to the observation decks «Extreme» – 91,0 m (18years+ only) costs 300uah and «Outlook» – 36,6 m (6 years+) costs 70uah. Both open under good weather conditions (t °C from +5 till +30), without precipitation and strong wind gusts. N.B.! Be sure to sign up in the morning, because «Extreme» deck capacity is 2 people per hour.
- Kyiv Metro Museum - Monday-Friday from 10 a.m. until 5p.m. Excursions are free, but only for groups 10-20 people. Reservation is a must.
