Hello, penguin lovers! Why do you like them? Because of their funny walk or classic outfit like I do?
Anyway, there are some awesome movies and cartoons about birds that can't fly:
1. Mr. Popper's Penguins is a 2011 American comedy family film distributed by 20th Century Fox, directed by Mark Waters
Typical Jim Carrey and penguins mixed in with all the consequences. PG 6+

2. Penguins of Madagascar, 2014 is an American 3D computer-animated action comedy film, produced by DreamWorks Animation and distributed by 20th Century Fox.
There are the adventurous adventures of Skipper, Kowalski, Rico and Private. PG 0+ *these ratings are very strange*

3. The Adventures of Lolo the Penguin (The Adventures of Scamper the Penguin), 1986-1988 is a three-part serial. The film was co-production between Japan and Soviet Union.
This film is about curious Lolo and his friend Pepe. In a nutshell, it's about friendship and growing up.  I always watch when it's on TV. PG 6+

4. The Penguins, 1968 is a hand-drawn animated film by Vladimir Polkovnikov.
This story is about the penguin Penguin, who incubates an egg. He briefly wandered out for fish and shit happened his friend Pynguin missed an egg into the sea. And then this the worst-babysitter-ever return the similar stone egg ;( Our Penguin is just a bird, so he continued to incubate "an egg". Then was a seasonal migration without happy end. He loved his baby-egg endlessly and didn't know that was a stone. But it's a very good example of contrary: two penguins, two different attitudes... You will cry in the end for sure, but hand-drawn cartoones are too cool to ignore them! 0+, but WARNING! *in my opinion it isn't for all children and rather for adults, sentimental, but not a crybabies*

5. March of the Penguins, 2005 is a French feature length nature documentary directed and co-written by Luc Jacquet, and co-produced by Bonne Pioche and the National Geographic Society. This is a story of penguins life told by themselves.
The documentary won the 2005 Academy Award for Best Documentary Feature. So, it's worth it to watch, innit?0+

Movies you might also like “The Pebble and the Penguin” (1995), "Happy feet" (2005), “Surf’s Up” (2007).

Have a beautiful day! All the love,
Mira
